Albert DeSilver is one of the true gentlemen of poetry. Not only is he a genuinely nice fellow, but he publishes some of the handsomest books out there today under The Owl Press insignia. Those titles include Disarming Matter by Ed Berrigan, Hymns of St. Bridget and Other Writings by Frank O’Hara, Zoop by Carol Szamatowicz, Evidence of the Paranormal (as mentioned above). Al’s many books include The Book of Not and Albeit, also on The Owl Press.
I don’t know Neil Osborn, but he’s a friend of Al DeSilver’s and lives somewhere up the coast from SF near Bolinas or Stinson Beach.
